About the Webinar

Join us in this webinar with John Brogden AM, Chief Executive Officer of Landcom. John provides a strategic overview of the key Landcom initiatives striving to increase housing affordability and diversity across NSW. Just the same as access to clean water, access to adequate and affordable housing is fundamental to wellbeing. It plays a key role in enabling people to secure long-term stability and socioeconomic mobility. Providing for this basic need remains crucial as ever given the new challenges and hardships that communities face.

John Brogden AM

CEO, Landcom

John Brogden was appointed to the Board of Landcom in 2012 and has served as the organisation’s CEO since 2018. From2015 to 2017, he served as Managing Director and CEO of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Prior to this, John was CEO of the Financial Services Council from 2009 to 2015 and CEO of Manchester Unity from 2006 to 2008. From 1996 to 2005, John served as Member for Pittwater in the NSW Parliament. In 2002, he became the youngest person ever to lead a major political party in Australia after being elected Leader of the Opposition. John was made Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in 2014, a recognition of his significant service to the community through representational roles with welfare organisations, particularly Lifeline, to the business and financial sectors, and to the Parliament of NSW.
